Payment and Refund Policy

 

1. Payment Terms

Hyprr Brands LLC accepts various forms of payment to ensure a convenient shopping experience.

2. Refund & Return Policy

A. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

B. Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

C. Non-Refundable Items

D. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Refund Process

  2. Approval: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
