Welcome to Hyprr Brands. By accessing our website or utilizing our consulting, sourcing, and distribution services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Hyprr Brands provides Ecommerce consulting (including marketplace and inventory management) and acts as a distributor of products sourced from authorized networks.

• Consulting: Our advice is based on marketplace data and experience. However, we do not guarantee specific profit margins or sales volumes as marketplace conditions are subject to change.
• Sourcing: We source inventory based on client-defined budgets through our network of authorized distributors.

Clients engaging in our management services must:

• Provide accurate and timely information regarding their marketplace accounts.
• Maintain the necessary capital for inventory as agreed upon in the sourcing phase.
• Ensure their marketplace accounts remain in good standing regarding platform-specific policies (Amazon, Walmart, etc.).

• Third-Party Processing: All payments are handled via secure, encrypted third-party gateways. Hyprr Brands does not store credit card or bank details.
• Non-Refundable Services: Consulting fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been performed, unless otherwise specified in a signed service agreement.
• Inventory Costs: Funds allocated for inventory sourcing are subject to the terms of the specific authorized distributors used.

To the maximum extent permitted by Delaware law, Hyprr Brands shall not be liable for:

• Marketplace account suspensions or "buy box" fluctuations caused by platform algorithm changes.
• Loss of profits or indirect damages arising from supply chain delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from client-directed budget decisions.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and "The Hyprr Ecosystem" framework, is the property of Hyprr Brands. Users may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary consulting materials without express written consent.

We strictly follow Marketplace Rules. We do not engage in "black hat" tactics. Our sourcing is done exclusively through authorized channels to ensure authenticity and protect your account health.

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered or inventory sourced must be settled immediately.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
